It seems I always had a camera. I've always enjoyed capturing the world around us, whether gorgeous plants, landscapes, sunsets or people. Portraying things as they are, real and raw, is my lane. I admire those who like to manipulate reality, but I prefer to portray things as they are. I do sometimes employ HDR (High Dynamic Range) in select images just to enhance the reality.
I started formal photography training in college and have continued my education through the years. I love continuing to learn as the technology and trends change. Trying new techniques keeps everything fresh.
My art business has been designated as a "Trusted Art Seller" with The Art Storefronts Organization, which means you can shop with confidence, and know that I stand behind the quality and value of my products.
Countless photographers have influenced my style and taste. Annie Liebovitz, Ansel Adams, Trey Ratcliff and David DuChemin are among the best.
Photography is all about the light. Where is it coming from, what's its quality and quantity. Manipulating it skillfully makes great imagery.
My work has been published internationally, both in print and online in Spartacus, DNA, Pride Guides and several other outlets.

Description from Merchant:
We only allow the best print shops to create our art pieces. Archival inks produce rich color and smooth tones. Fine art papers ensure lasting value. Fine Art Canvas Prints are printed directly onto museum quality canvas material using high-quality archival inks. The print is then wrapped around an artist's stretcher frame, and finished with your choice of hanging hardware and an optional custom frame.
