I'M LLEVELLYN
It seems I always had a camera. I've always enjoyed capturing the world around us, whether gorgeous plants, landscapes, sunsets or people. Portraying things as they are, real and raw, is my lane. I admire those who like to manipulate reality, but I prefer to portray things as they are. I do sometimes employ HDR (High Dynamic Range) in select images just to enhance the reality.
I started formal photography training in college and have continued my education through the years. I love continuing to learn as the technology and trends change. Trying new techniques keeps everything fresh.

Countless photographers have influenced my style and taste. Annie Liebovitz, Ansel Adams, Trey Ratcliff and David DuChemin are among the best.
Photography is all about the light. Where is it coming from, what's its quality and quantity. Manipulating it skillfully makes great imagery.
